Sometimes you do not need a project. You need someone who understands your setup to tell you whether an idea is sensible, what it will cost, and what it will break. We do strategy work, vendor reviews, second opinions on quotes you have been sent, and the awkward question of whether the thing you are about to buy is worth the money.
What you get
Most setups have more working in them than people expect. The advice is rarely to replace everything.
If the sensible answer is to do nothing, or to stay with what you have, that is the advice you get.
You get a recommendation and the reasoning behind it, in language that also makes sense to people who do not work in IT.
A quick question on the phone is part of the relationship.
Typical jobs
The kind of work people call us about. Examples of the work rather than a client list.
- Working out whether a quote from another supplier is worth what it says on it.
- Deciding what to do about a system nobody wants to touch any more.
- Putting a number on what your IT should cost before you commit to anything.
- Being a second opinion when your supplier says something is not possible.
And plenty that never makes it onto a list like this.
All four services
IT Management is the core. The other three are the work that typically comes with it, and you can buy them separately.
How this is charged
IT Management is a fixed monthly fee based on how much work your setup generates. Projects are quoted at a fixed price, and consultancy is hourly. The numbers and the terms are on Become a Customer.
